I know many indie tubers and only a few corpos and i hope i can break the illusion to atleast one person who reads this so they can stop supporting them or atleast know the truth.
I wish i had courage to post screenshots and proof but vtubers are vengeful and i make the mistake of telling them who i am irl.
And the spheres are small so theyll know who leaked.
When you watch corpos its obvious they are putting on a act, many of you watch indies because you think they are "real". They aren't...
Most likely your favourite indie when they go offline they join a voice call with their friends and they complain about you, ive been in these calls so much i have to say something.
Vtuber partners intrests people the most so i will start with that. Almost every single one of them has a boyfriend, i am not joking they all have partners and if they don't they are in 8 hour sleep calls with male vtubers.
Today i open twitter and read a AlfhildeOdin's twitlonger where, they talk about their "close family member" and it was clear they were talking about thei'r boyfriend. So i asked people i know if she is talking about a partner and they said yes.
Sending money to support thei'r boyfriend is a good cause but they are lying about who the money is going to. One other tip is that most who have bf, they will be mod in chat and almost never type and the vtuber wont read their messages.
Same with discord, if they have a partner they are there if they are a twitch or youtube user.
For many of you this is obvious but so many don't understand.
Like me when you were in school there was a group of popular girls who talked behind your back about you and looked at you with disgust.
These vtubers werent that group in school but with attention and money of vtubing theyve turned into them.
All the things they say about loving support and how you are important to them is mostly lies, they don't care about you at all.
The private discords i am in, everyday there is atleast one huge conversation about viewers and donators and the conversation is always negative.
If its positive its "look at what my simps bought me" and it will be a screenshot of throne or amazon wishlist.
If you understand you are buying a cow-bikini for you'r favourite streamer and know that its for their partner to enjoy that's your choice but i wonder how many would do that if they knew.
The negative things they say are horrible and its common for them to laugh for hours in a call about how pathetic they are. And this might be something simple as a viewer saying "i hope you are having a good day :)"
You might think you havent been weird or creepy so why would they talk bad about you? Because you are all the same to them...
Your worth is measured in $ and not all but many will still laugh at their top donators how they think theyll start dating and how pathetic they are, most dont say this directly but its implicated.
Worst hate and ridicule get viewer who join the streamer discord vc's.
As soon as the streamer leaves they will join their friend vc just to talk shit about how "parasocial and weird" the viewers were, and ive been in these vc's and the viewers are just normal people who like the content with sometimes weird people.
What was the last straw for me was how so many girl vtubers ive known hate "parasocial viewers", but they refuse to accept that their goal is to enable parasocial's as much as they can.
They say they dont do this and hate people who do, but the next day theyll do an asmr stream where they do girlfriend experience and many target their top donos with special service.
I hope even one person reads this and knows what they are really like. Male tubers are sometimes like this but very rarely. I hope this doesnt break VT rules i've never posted here
