I think it was in a recent membership stream she talked about how she's not going to collab with anyone outside of Hololive. She said this while trying to sell her chat about the idea of streaming on twitch.
So maybe she's doing it for her fans, as a lot of them hate anyone not Holo. Or it could still be some other personal reason I dunno.
