The subtle doctor motif with the stethoscope, crosses on her coat and syringes around her thighs, the modest formality of her appearance with her overcoat on vs the more candid revealing appearance she has with it off, and the little hints of Victorian dandy snuck in with the pocket watch and moustache decals.
It doesn't do anything revolutionary, but it does exactly what it sets out to do so well its almost admirable. Oh and the designs really cute
