Sure, Nijifans are toxic a f, but it's almost always been about stuff like "worthiness of songs" or dodgeball and shit like that. I don't think I've ever heard about Nijifans complaining about the tech.
It would also be weird though, technology marches on. So if everyone that came before already has a 2.0, then I don't think any non-schizos would really get mad that "their oshi" didn't get a 2.0 on debut (forgetting that 2.0 likely didn't even exist when they debuted).
Besides, most fans take after their streamer, so if niji 1's fanbase is attacking niji 2 it's very likely that the niji 1 person may have hinted at not being on good terms with niji 2 (unfortunately my JP isn't strong enough for deep dive reps into this kind of thing).
Even if that's not the case, telling your fans "don't attack others" on stream would pretty much kill all harassment, since anyone continuing to do that type of bullshit now becomes an "anti" and "not a fan".
