Niji ID problem is in the number of livers, too many of them and too low standard. If I can force graduate some of them I will keep and graduate:
I will definitely keep them and invest more to improve their skills and talents: Hana, Taka, Nara, Siska, Reza, Mika.
Maybe I will keep them: Zea, Miyu, Cia, Bonni.
What are you doing here, unless you want to be a bottom feeder forever, streaming is not for you: Riksa, Rai, Azura, Layla, Etna, Derem, Nagisa, Hyona, Xia
That's my proposal to save Niji ID. I'm confident with enough investments (regular new costumes, improving live2D, live events, and 3D), the first tier will survive and able compete with local agencies and maybe even Holo ID. Maybe add the second tier and it will still be okay. Third tier can BTFO, they're too niche and becoming a financial burden.
ID market is about survival until the winner takes the cake when the market is booming for real, god knows how many years before that time come.
