For whatever reason, it's like all the holomem who got it had fairly serious and/or lingering symptoms. Gura was out for a week. Kanata too, but had some lingering cough a month for some reason. Moona caught it like 2 weeks ago, and it clearly is still affecting her voice in her karaoke yesterday. Iofi also caught it a while ago, tho I don't recall if she was hit bad.
I dunno if holo ID was vaxxed, but pretty sure holo JP and holo EN all were (for work/travel reasons at the very least).
