How come it took 8 months after debut for Myth to get new outfits, and Council hasn't gotten new outfits after 7 months, but HoloX got new outfits 1 month after debuting?

Because Kimonos don't count they are pretty much a tradition instead of a normal outfit, but in council's case I really think they are waiting for IRyS since she came first but her design is so hard to work that the delay is inevitable

the kimonos are basically their "formal" attire and they seem to be severely autistic about doing those during new years, so if they didn't get them when they did, they'd have made them wait over a year to get them
also council did get them as well, as well as nene, who actually had to wait over a year, because during the last new years she was currently in redesign getting dechikinfied

Outfits take a huge amount of time to be prepared because artists and riggers have a huge waiting list. So they requested the extra outfits at the same time as their normal ones, but revealed it later.
This is a problem that can't be solved by throwing money, unless you want different artists/riggers.

Sure is. "Hey [artist], move this chump down your waiting list and get me that outfit ready, here's another 10 grand for your trouble." That's like, what Myth as a unit will make in SCs in the first hour of their outfit reveal streams. If anything Cover is completely shameless about wanting to spend as little money as they can get away with.

Any artist/rigger doing that would get fucked. The damage for the reputation would hurt them more than what they would get. Design people also hate being hurried up. In a recent collab between Hal and Tamaki(both CEOs of their own groups) both agreed that there's nothing to do about this shit, and if throwing more money at it would solve the problem they would already have done it.
