There was nothing for her to do at Hololive anymore. It's like bullying an employee into quitting by giving him a shitty desk in the traffic-flow and not letting him speak to anyone, and giving him crappy office equipment and a computer that doesn't work. Companies do this all the time to bully their employees into quitting so they don't have to pay severance. That's what this was.
