I'd say if you're talking 10-20 years ago, Muslims tend to say "ya Allah" or "astaghfirullah" when they're surprised, whereas non-muslims say "ya Tuhan" or "astaga" (Tuhan being the neutral, non-Arabic, still popular word for God).
But given the interaction between various Muslims and non-muslims, it's like not clear these days. Muslims can say "astaga" or "ya tuhan", non-muslims say "astagfirullah" or "ya Allah", it's like both have become Indonesianized to the point that religion doesn't really matter.
And that's the point, religion doesn't really matter anyway.
