She does the same "mediocre middle school girl fantasizing about performing on stage" voice she does in all her other shit which is unbearable.
It's not simply that she's a "bad" singer, She doesn't sound like she's singing, she sounds like she's trying to sound like she's singing, like she's been told to "sing like an awkward young girl". It's the same type of thing as her "with my friends" enthusiasm voice
It's hard to describe but it's painful to listen to.
