I've noticed this trend of calling chuubas GFEs just because they're a bit warmer. Elira from NijiEN gets it too just because she's nice to her chat and streams a lot. I think on some levels EN audiences are so abused that they've become used to their chuubas being distant at best and horrid cunts at worst, so people see a girl being nice and it wows them and even makes them suspicious.
