>>22602686There's neat shit you can do with electronic instruments over acoustics at least. At the very least the videos guitar center made about Roland V-Drums TD-27KV drums was interesting.
And on the bright side, if you do get electronic drums would actually make it easier for you to do drumming streams (due to being able set up the tuning and volume and all that jazz through your application and not playing around with a mic.)
As for the video spend about a minute/minute and a half setting up the character's personality and move on to other things. Keep in character and talk about what you can do, what you want to do (Ina mentioned she mostly talked about how she wanted her streams to be like Candy for her viewers,) goals and what not. It's less pick me and more this is who I am. Because the most important thing with this type of audition is to have fun and enjoy it. Improv relies on that, just look at Whose line vs any failed improv show.
/asp/ on this board had some really good advice I can't remember a few weeks ago so asking there might help too.
>>22602398I would but I am forever a two view that's not even affiliate on twitch yet (to be fair I also refuse to do a begging tweet for followers from other vtubers to get the last few followers I need, so that gimping on my part) and only really get more on the few days I do Savage raids in FFXIV. (and my temper has come through on that too recently. Raiding is both fun and /fun/)
The other issue is, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't quit my current job due to how unstable this type of career is, so I would be forever stuck with 2 hour streams on weekdays and what I want on weekends. Would also make collabing harder too.
And if I'm being honest I don't have anything to really bring to the table outside of soldering skills. And that's a bit hard to show off since I like to get my face close to the circuitry.
