>>22583809I'm not saying no gaming streams at all, or no talking during gaming streams. In fact, quite the opposite - not everything has to be a gaming stream and sometimes you can just do a pure talking stream if that's what you mainly wanna do / are going to be doing during games anyway.
And declaring it zatsu right from the start, with no game present, also has the benefit of setting the right expectations of having no annoying greyniggers around who would get angry about Y U NO PLAY GAME.
I guess I'm just miffed because too often I've heard Kiara say things like "oh I want to collab with [talent], but I can't figure out what game we should play, so I guess it'll have to wait, haha..." where I wish it'd just get through her thick skull that not everything needs to be a gaming collab (in fact, for me the game more often detracts because the talents are too often just using it as a crutch, talking only about what's happening on screen and not having any actual organic interesting conversations develop with each other - just drop the game and do a pure talking collab, that's what you wanna do / are going to do anyway, and the game more often than not just hinders it instead of facilitating).
Mori, for all her faults, seems to have this figured out and is more relaxed about pure talking formats and not thinking she always needs the "jangly keys"-bait of a game to not fear an audience wouldn't show up, or that there always needs to be a game as a "reason" for people to collab with each other (as if they need to be lured/convinved by an "activity" or otherwise they wouldn't agree), instead she just says "hey you wanna come on at xy date to talk about random shit?" and people say yes, it's literally that simple. Unfortunately, Mori sucks at talking and is a chore to listen to, so I rather wish Kiara did this instead, but she somehow seems to think people would say no if she invited them to a pure talking collab
