If HoloID is doing the same, I bet they would fail too. But Hololive is smarter, instead of investing in new talents, they were using the income to reinvest in their quality, like new costumes (ID1 got a new costume 4 months after their debut, while Niji ID got a new wave 3 months after their first wave debut), new live2d, and now Holo ID1 got their 3D while Niji ID left in the mud because Hana refused it.
