None of the small corpos are worth a damn so none of them will rise up. Phase connect especially has extremely low standards and terrible production values.
If an actual company with a real PR department started an agency I could see it devouring the smaller corps and poaching their talents, but as is all the small companies are different flavors of complete amateurs.
