Let's look at how branches have been made
First they expanded into Indonesia and China, since they are neighboring speaking groups
Going to china is a no brainer since chinese is the second most spoken language in the world, only behind English
Now why go to indonesia? Why not Korea? surley Koreans have more money than indogs
Because Indonesian is the 10th most spoken language in the world, far ahead of korea
If cover made a KR branch, they would only cater to South Koreans while with ID they cater to everyone in the Indonesian Archipelago (plus the branch was also a beta EN so they can all cater to En speakers too)
Although Spanish is the 4th most spoken language, different from ID, the income difference between Spanish speaking nations is so fucking wide that most of their income would come only from Mexico and Spain and would have to do the same as the ID branch and also cater to En speakers
Making a holoES is not out of the cards, but my bets would be more on cover just making a 3rd EN gen and hire girls that can also speak spanish
