It's not a bad suggestion but I think Lunala is already fine with her current partner. Lunala is the moon legendary pokemon and it even has purple and gold colors like Moona's design.

Purugly definitely has the fatness, but I don't think a grumpy cat like that fits a chill girl like Okayu. I always thought she'd be a smug smiling cat like Purrloin, Glameow, or Alolan Meowth. I picked Purrloin because it was purple and smug like Okayu.

I only went with Litten at first because it kinda looks like her mascot Bibi. But I think Houndoom resembles Bibi even better because it has the pointy devil tail and horns too.

I put Corviknight down for her because it looks edgy and it reminds me of that crow that always sits on her head.

Staraptor is a fearsome bird of prey, but its color scheme is more black and white with very little red. And Lui is a very pink bird.
I also did think about putting Hawlucha for her because it's a hawk pokemon. But it's also a mexican luchador with no pink feathers, so I gave up on that idea too.

I still think Oricorio is the better choice because it more closely resembles a peafowl than Cramorant does. Oricorio also has Reine's blue/purple color scheme.

I still remember her loading screen being of her riding a rain cloud, which is why I chose Castform. A pokemon that can look like a rain cloud.
Altaria does have a cloudy appearance, and maybe the cloud-riding Thundurus could also work for Kobo.
