The twitter account in question was made almost a year before the cum tribute was posted, which isn't what you would expect if it was made just for the sake of doing all this as a prank. But then again it isn't too far fetched to say that it was just a lurking account that he decided to repurpose for this. So I don't think we'll ever be sure if it's real or not. It would seem a little unbelievable that a Holo would actually DM someone like that instead of just ignoring them, but then again Towa is a chuuba who did a Discord meet and greet with her fans so she may be engaged enough to actually do such a thing. Guess we'll never know.
