Miori's huge growth spurt was completely under her own power, having absolutely no support from her company. The signaled to the other girls they did not need the company at all, and that it in fact may be hindering them by syphoning income for literally no support.

Not behind the scenes. You get people like this in any industry, making lateral moves from company to company instead of competing vertically and using their previous success to negotiate for better pay/compensation and while not doing any more (probably less) work than their previous place of employment. It's parasitic behavior but it works for people who know their place.

Because lateral career move 100% explains her predicament. Lateral career moves aren't a bad thing, it's a personal choice any employee makes, and if the corpo dies in the process then that's on them for not planning better. It's strange to me that you guys defend her like she did something wrong. So did she do something wrong that you're defending her? If there's a better explanation I'm willing to listen but it better frame it so whatever the corpo was doing it had to be so bad she felt leaving it and nearly/inevitably imploding the corpo and sink the careers of other talents was justified.

Tsun has been in the red and used angel investor money for last ditch money making efforts (merch and YouTube ads for the NijiEN cover).
When those failed to do anything for the company, the money ran out. The talents didn't really graduate or simply not renew their contracts, they were let go as there isn't any money left to support them with.
