I agree that she has the qualifications (talent) as well as the numbers to apply for both holo and niji with good chance of success, but there's never a 100% guarantee that she gets in.
Besides, I was strictly speaking near-future, as in, the next 3 months. She SHOULD apply just to see what happens but whether she gets accepted or decides to pursue it are separate issues entirely.
The most important thing for her right now is to maintain her momentum by - preserving the content style she is known for, stream just as frequently as before (if not more) and maybe try to create a network for herself by interacting with others around her level.
