Despite her introvert comfy tendencies, she also enjoys her excursions when she has them so mixing between a peaceful outing in some nature, aquariums, amusement parks, etc or just chilling at home spending the day watching movies/playing games/documentary binging while cooking something sweet up sound like the dream date(s). A personal choice of mine would be something music-related, maybe taking her out to a concert or something as well since I love music and her tastes
