Nothing, unless she pulls a Michael Cat and self-destructs. Her audience mostly doesn't give a fuck about whether she has a boyfriend or not save for the few remaining Ghostlings (if they even exist at this point). If anything, she could subtly hint towards being annoyed by the doxx and farm some pity "yaaas guuurl slaaay" superchats from the woke paypigs with no standards.
Even I can't care personally, she was never an honest GFE chuuba to me, so it's not like I care whether she has a boyfriend or not. What I care about, however, is that during timeframe when she was with the guy, was the time when her content quality noticably plummeted. You remember the Shadowverse arc? Because I do and it was not pretty. From now on, anytime I see an influx of complaints about Mori's content, I'm just going to assume that she'd rather think about some eleven manlet's dick than about her job.
