Oh and I just remembered Qube, that's a nice underrated Puzzle FPS that would be nicely doable for her.
As for FPS and cuteness, she's not as absolutist about that as she was before and has shown a willingness to play some rather "not-cute" games before if there's something else that interests her in it, I guess you can maybe ease her into it more with some secondary hook.
Bioshock Infinite for example, while it may not be "cute" per se, is at least also not the usual greybrown grimdark FPS cookie cutter, plus it has a cute waifu character in Elizabeth that you could bait her with.
Titanfall has the Robo-Bro that she would probably like.
And at least shooter-adjacent, one of my evergreen suggestions for her would be the Mass Effect series (yeah I know, muh sci-fi, but on the other hand, waifus!).
