CEO just did nothing while Urara tried her hardest. Presumably they had some sort of falling out, Urara quit out of nowhere, Char followed suit, then all the talents realized they had no reason to stay and give 50% of their earnings to the CEO.

Char's exit was most likely planned before Urara suddenly left, and it seems like Char actually stepped down from management long before she officially resigned based on some stuff Lisa said.

Understaffing was obviously a known issue for a long time but it seems like the upper management never bothered to properly address it, so now they've gone from understaffed to almost unstaffed.

Gen 2 was the beginning of the end. Having one design be the most generic vtuber design possible and one being the ugliest design possible isn't a good sign. They had a chance to redeem themselves with tsundream but they went and added males.

I knew something was up when Dream had males. Not because "m*les bad!" or anything, but because none of them were fujobait or seemed to have any desire to pander.
Adding two and a half men into TsunDream was the company's hail mary without an open receiver.

A year, supposedly. Which means they should be up around August.
However who knows if they'll be given some buyout deal if the company is on the verge of bankruptcy. Orla hasn't said anything as to her deal, but Gen 1 said it was simply contract renewal time and they decided not to.
