>what's the point of training your vibrato if they're just going to send it back to re-record because they're too lazy to use anything other than a melodyne presetyour question is pretty confusing. there's no point in sending it back for rerecording, unless the artist asks for it, the pitch correction doesn't work because the pitch or intonation is off, or because the actual recording was bad (something like rx can fix noise and other artifacts, but bad mic placement is extremely difficult to fix.) the point of training vibrato is to have natural sounding vibrato. adding vibrato with software sounds noticably unnatural. melodyne doesn't work with presets either. there are macros to adjust entire vocal tracks, but you still have to go back and clean up manually.
i don't listen to her music, and i don't have an opinion on it, but i thought i'd share relevant stuff because it sounds like you don't really know what you're talking about. hope this helps
