Posting here since I think the other thread will be archived soon. I'm kinda new to this vtuber stuff so I'm not sure if this was a thing beforehand, I was wondering why isn't fanmail a thing? Reading last thread how some anons would like to help Gura, and how Gura might want a closer kind of relationship with her fans, something like fanmail were she receives the packages and letters (that Enna approves of of course) every month might be nice.

The JP branch does fanmail I believe, it's one of the many things that's made harder for EN by being scattered all over the world instead of having one centralised office where managers can pre-check the mail before simply handing it over to the talent
