>>23469586It honestly isn';t. thats what i tell my kids. it's a vocation. you go into it if you really want to heal people. if you're in it for the money, law school is a better alternative.
Medical doctorhood goes:
pre med->med school->internship->residency->MD->specializationn->fellowship->continuing specialization->etc
Unless you want to stop at MD and just be a General Practicioner which is fine and good (and honestly the kind of doctor we need a lot of), but doesn't bring in the big bucks.
