First, if you even bothered to look at that conversation or had gone to Toi-san's account and looked at the media tab, you would clearly see that she's a woman.
Second, in that conversation she's telling her it's her birthday. Who the fuck tells their girlfriend their birthday over twitter for the first time? If they had been dating, wouldn't she have already known that? Use your goddamn head.
Third, if mukkun was her boyfriend, why would she refer to him as a cupid for her and this girl? It makes it sound like she meant mukkun introduced them to each other and they're now friends.
Fourth, and this is just in general, women sometimes have guy friends they don't fuck. I know that sounds insane, but look at Mori. She hangs out with the guys from Trash Taste and due to recent events, we know that she's not fucking any of them.
