>>23591675Isn't the issue rather that Kiara doesn't want just (home) 3D, but wants the full blown studio-quality idol stage 3D debut with staff support etc., as is the tradition from HoloJP she aspires to, and is willing to wait/forego the (quicker but scuffier) home 3D stuff, as that wouldn't really be a "real 3D debut" in her mind.
Because if she wanted just the home 3D stuff, she could organize it herself (alas, she doesn't have the technical acumen nor the curiosity of an Ame, but if she really wanted to, she could outsource most of the heavy lifting). Sure, a mocap suit and tracking equipment can be a moderately expensive outlay (though not prohibitive for someone like her, if she really wanted to), and she would deffo need some outside help in setting it all up and getting it working, but it's also not really totally impossible either.
The actual Cover studio 3D debut thing is held up mostly not (just) by the usual Cover incompetence, but by the fact that travel has been...rather complicated in recent times, due to "world events" outside of their control. Sure, we can also argue about (as many people sometimes do) hurrdurr why doesn't Cover simply set up (or at least rent out) another studio outside of Japan, but you know that if that ever happens it'll most likely just be in NA for the benefit of the majority of other girls, and Kiara the only one in europe would still have to go somewhere else anyway.
