all the peasant farmer languages of the world sound similarly ugly and retarded, but SEA is what youve prob been most exposed to

japanese is pleasant bc its a beauty loving civilisation whos language/writing system was intentionally refined throughout the heian and edo periods by an aristocrat class. very similar thing happened in france and high cultures of european antiquity.
you have to get it into your head that a vast majority of peoples are peasant farmers, lower people who are totally domesticated without any higher aims and culture
where as very few cultures (ancient greeks, the french, 18th century germany, japan) are beauty loving cultures dominated by an aristocratic class who pursue and fund refinement of the arts, including language
another thing youll notice is that the peasant farmer cultures, no matter where theyre from, tend to have cuisine thats very similar: it all resembles slop. dont get me wrong i like some good SEA slop, but its essentially starch drenched in sauces and spices, or stews filled with whatever they have. same thing in mexico, india, middle east, etc.
