That people watch even if the rigging is shit. Corpo riggers are paid a salary and deliver on strict timetables so they can move on to the next project. They pay a fraction of what an indie pays, and it has no impact on viewership, if you don't like it stop watching corpos.

Corporations don't necessarily care about maximizing quality unless their consumer base actively forces them to do so. If not pushed for maximum quality, they will default for the minimum quality their audience will tolerate. If you could possibly quantify how "good" a rig is, you'd see diminishing returns in quality/dollar spent ratios with some of the better rigs.
