Everyone can do themed Karaoke, in fact it's absolutely standard regardless of singing talent. Everyone could have bought VR equipment and paid a few people to rig a few 3D models, in fact Cover does it all the time and eventually - for the biggest concert they have - they did it for Myth.
But whose models are used the most? Why did Cover not do it first? Why no one else? Cover sure is interested in promoting their vtubers through 3D. And yet Ame did it first. Because, surprise, no one's going to fucking do it for you, and no one is going to care if you offer nothing original (even if you could).
