I feel like the amount of yabs in the Western community would drop significantly if they were all on a forced seven second delay like live television/radio.

Also the fact that most of the westen yabs happen on twitter where people Can think all they want before sending, proves that theory false

Not true actually, this happened a while back but I remember there was a radio show that invited an ex-porn star in for an interview, thing is that the manager of said ex-porn star never told the radio hosts to not mention her porn-actress career since she was apperently trying to move past that.
So she appears in the show after the host calls her on the phone, and like 10 seconds in the host immediately calls her the number 1 porn star is something and the girl gets mad and tries to get the show in trouble by throwing swear words as fast as possible. But because of the 7 second delay the host managed to avoid all of that by just bleeping her out before the audio was broadcasted.

rather than perfecting the supervision system, it's better to remove the core issue

Anon that's a nice exemple vtubers don't have a whole TV or radio production crew behind them. They are most of the time alone on the job. Especially western ones.
Meaning that in 7 seconds they will have to: found out there is a yab, react to it on their own, shut down the stream and private/delete the vod to make sure nobody can see the few seconds that were in the delay.
That's just unrealistic.

maybe not feasible for a person to monitor long hours ,catch every details in the stream, and react promptly within 7 seconds

incidentally, a level headed management will help setting higher pr standard and solving unforeseen pr issue
at least, a decent management should solve the DISCORD issue that fucks chuubas several times

but each vtuber can have one assigned manager to monitor respective POV

just not sure the monitoring mechanism is piratical solution though
kinda conflicting or dilemma if you ask me

vtuber with no yab alertness + monitoring manager = yab is too much and the manger is bound to slip sooner or latter

vtuber with decent yab alertness
well, probably doesn't need a manager to monitor 24/7
