Reimu's trajectory did increase a bit but she's such a low performer to begin with that it's barely noticeable.
Someone also listed Nina's stream content and like half of them have her talking about the boys or have the boys be part of the stream. Reimu doesn't have near that and doesn't really pander to the males watchers like Nina.
Also she's kinda boring. Supposed to be an utaite but doesn't karaoke or do covers. I guess she really doesn't care since she's already from a rich family, and people who don't care, don't grow.
