(or I would like to say, as a loli-enjoyer) is: "your energy spent on seething about 2D lolis would be better spent to look at real harm towards IRL children". any time spent on making loli art illegal, along with all the additional surveillance or costs that would come with making it illegal would just be a bunch of wasted effort, since all that manpower, time and money could be used to help minimize the consequences of actual pedophilia.
of course, "no one knows which one is truer, whether or not fantasies would be a good way to vent or fantasies would actually inspire people to do horrific things", but based on what I've read regarding the correlation between porn causing less rape in several studies, I'm inclined to believe loli porn is the same way. they provide a place for people to vent.
