It was a picture of a little girl wearing paw gloves and a shirt that reads Lolicon, with the caption being something along the lines of "I gave my little sister this shirt and she still doesn't know I want to fuck her".
The artist thought the outfit was cute, so they drew their OC wearing it.
It turned out the edgy meme was more than that, and the person in it was actually raped by her older brother who made that post.
Loli antis on twitter salivated at the opportunity to attack a loli artist and be seen as justified, so they immediately accused them of drawing lewd art of a real minor that was a victim of sexual assault, despite the art not being neither lewd, nor of the actual victim, just the clothes she was wearing in that "meme".
Once the artist realized that the person in the "meme" was actually abused, they took it down and apologized as they thought referencing a meme that referenced the minor that was abused was in poor taste.
However, because it was never about the victim, morals, or anything other than the opportunity to attack a loli artists, they didn't stop until they had successfully cyberbullied them out of twitter, made them quit art for a brief period, and it also sounded like they considered an heroing from some of the messages they left on baraag.
They also decided to remove all their Lily art on there to prevent the attacks from spilling over to her.
They eventually calmed down and started doing art again, but the Lilytober posts remain gone from their page.
