Rather than a trad 2D arcsys fighting game. I’d think a 3D arena fighting game makes more sense as usually those are usually easier to play, or at least its easier to have cool shit appear on screen which makes for a better streaming game.
The game would also probably be a gacha game, but instead of the characters being gacha, they can have costumes as gacha and costumes will make the characters play a bit different enticing people to pull. Also avoids the drama of “why is Peko a SSR, while Suisei is a SR”
Starting roster of around 18-20 should be fine enough to satiate the fans, just need to get a little bit from every gen. Also dont release all the popular holos right away to save some hype for the dlc.
Starting roster should look something like Sora, Suisei, FBK, Aki, Aqua, Korone, Pekora, Flare, Towa, Luna, Botan, Laplus, Roberu, Miyabi, Mori, Ame, Kronii, Sana, Moona, Anya
Homos should be in the game, but they should be in a separate campaign. Only Holos who have interacted with males will be included in the Homo campaign
First anniversary banner will be Coco, game will make stupid amounts of money
