make stream quality selection work reliably, and not panic down to 144p when it misses one or two frames. improve reliability of VOD archive encoding.
work on spam filter fixes to reduce false negative rates, and actually account for channel subscribers' and members' reports of spammers in chat.
fix stream settings so they stick instead of randomly resetting DVR and latency and monetization without warning. fix the fucking stream time counter on the video page, for fuck's sake.
youtube has literally five fucking years of full-time engineering work just to fix the most obvious broken garbage on the site. i don't want to see a single fucking new feature ship until this list is done, and i want to see one product manager after the next terminated out of the fucking company until they get a roster of them in place that gives a flying fuck about stability.
