As a veteran viewer of many kinds of vtubers this is my opinion:
-Watermelon cunny has a lot of potential because
>good atmosphere
>soothing voice
>great model
She just lacks experience, and possibly motivation, its unclear). If she gets into it and learns over time she'll be an ok small corpo chuuba at the very least. She sounds very groomable so be careful with discord groomers.
-Neo's voice-model dissonance is unavoidable, so she needs to learn to play it as a bit. Make her a gremlin or a joker. Like how Pippa has a cute model but she's a yab gremlin schizorabbit.
-Kattarina has no problems so far
-Nikki is alright
Overall they are all nervous and rough around the edges, but that is normal, so they need to learn by grinding and streaming.
Also lurk /wvt/ and small corpo threads to learn what's been tried and tested in order to survive as a small vtuber.
Umiushi Urara (slugma, tsunderia's former manager) had some videos about vtuber management, social networks etc, though her channel is empty now that she left, maybe there's some VODs around but will be hard to find, find and watch them.
