>>24103762internal yab vs external yab
Normally, Cover's yabs aren't caused by them or their staff, which often ends with the audience endearing themselves to the victims of said yab. Everyone else seems to have internal yabs that causes internal drama and turns the audience hostile in one way or another.
You could argue that Rushia's arc was an internal yab, but it all started because of an external yab and Rushia just wouldn't listen to management advice and shut up about it. So then she causes a secondary external yab that triggers another internal yab and it all pretty much cancelled everything out. People pitied her in the end, but everyone knew that rules are rules and they need to be followed and enforced for things to make sense.
Lesson: avoid internal yabs
