It's exactly the opposite of what YT wants, because they overly verify each user tho the point half of them are actually not being counted for the sake of "accurate" numbers for their partners, ads, sponsors, etc.
Bilibili just want's to be a huge numberfag and tell the businessmen "Look! Numbers big! Money big!"
