The difference is Buyee order on your behalf and ship it to you, whereas with Tenso you order it and just use the Japanese address that they give you, they then forward it on to your oversees address from there once they get it. Buyee can run into problems if there's some digital stuff included, like voice packs. Since you yourself don't actually order it any digital stuff isn't delivered to your email or account, but to Buyee since they are the ones who actually place the order. I ordered FBK's birthday merch through Buyee and had to exchange a few emails before they let me at the voice packs.
