First, now I don't understand anything about setting up mics/streaming equipment, but there have been some karaoke streams where her audio levels were pretty messed up. Like, when her voice went above a certain volume it would hurt my ears (and I love her voice...). Her 900K had none of that though, so hopefully she's got it sorted.
Second, she needs more time to prepare and practice the songs she sings. I think this is the main thing. There's just a night and day difference between when she sings an unpracticed song versus when she sings a song she knows well. When she tries to sing a song she's unfamiliar with, I think she tries to sing to it a closely as the original song as possible and that tends to trip her up.
On the other hand, when she sings a song she knows well, she tends to add her own flourishes and natural, comfortable style that matches her voice. She also clearly has a lot of fun when she's singing a song she knows, and that's when she's at her best. She's definitely got the ability and skills to sing beautifully (singing 27 songs straight is no joke but she was still able to blow everyone away with her final song Fly Me to the Moon) but she needs to have more time practicing.
