I bring about 1/4 cup of oil to a simmer in a large sauce pan.
After 4 minutes, I flip the chicken breasts and fry the other side.
I let them cook for another 4 minutes, checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
Then I sprinkle the paprika, salt, and pepper on the chicken breast, and remove them from the heat.
