For Ame it's not about forcing her to do something. It's about helping her to overcome her song autism. She already talked about how she worked on songs and threw them because it didn't sound like she wanted. She now has a couple of good covers and some people that know how to mix her voice made her sound pretty good in group originals. She's ready.

Don't use Kanata to shitpost, scum. And yes dreaming chuchu is a good cover. She sounds good in it. On the other end of the spectrum her Ookami Blues Cover makes use of her bad singing and creativity to make something that fits the original song perfectly.

for Council Mumei and Kronii were given songs before debut. Mumei wasn't happy at her song being 100% JP, and worked with Mori to make it mostly English. Kronii probably didn't change hers at all. Bae and Fauna did their songs from scratch I think.

Cover gives the girls a budget if they want to make their song and then direct them to their contacts if the girls don't have their own. Then if the girls want to make a more high quality MV its up to them to add their own money to their contractor. As the other guy said, Mumei wasn't satisfied with how much JP was and got Mori to change some to english while Kronii just added a bit of english lines in like 1 part of the song but mostly let them handle the lyrics as a whole. Then for someone like Mori she's got her own music contacts and can write her own lyrics most of the time.

Oh forgot to add that Baelz first cover song has Kronii as the mixer and Kanata's also known to mix her own songs, Ina also did all the art for her song which is why it took so long to release, if the persons are willing and have the time, its possible for all of the song production to be done among the members themselves.
