Just like any other game anon, the more you play it, the more you get better at it. This includes memorizing subconsciously the map, which areas are great and have tons loot, which routes to take when fighting in said area and etc. You will also probably get better at handling guns, and at the same time, you'd probably find the right guns or your favorite guns.
As for gun attachments, the higher the level the better. So that means, level 1 (white) > level 2 (blue) > level 3 (purple) > level 4 (golden). Sights are the only thing you subjective in there because many people have their own preferences when it comes to sights. I like 2x but some people like 3x more bla bla bla.
Always get the highground when fighting anon, it really works!
