Youtube has made boneheaded decisions during her time, most notably to disable dislikes, but overall she has done a fine job running the company.
They've been adding useful features, and also didn't loose their crown as the most popular online video platform.
Their automated content moderation isn't perfect, but so isn't anyone elses. Doing manual content moderation just isn't possible at this scale.
Revenue and usage has been steadily increasing. She's doing a fine job.
