In a way, this kind of thing do remove cronyism like what Twitch were doing with some of its biggest stars that are straight up flaunting copyright laws and rules knowing Twitch will never ban them permanently, but that means this kind of thing will happen.
Also in case you are wondering why they have not updated or disabled the AI, they probably will update it..... in few weeks or so. Change management is a thing especially for things that potentially affected millions of people and probably goes through code screenings and many others, and this probably do not qualify as Emergency Change. Their Customer Service will get swamped in the meanwhile though.
