Silent Hill does not technically have any as you end up fighting enemies based on your guilt and other psychological issues; however, you could argue that the town of Silent Hill is an entity which forces you into doing so.
The Evil Within (2 in particular) is the same as Silent Hill just not as good.
Dead Space has an entity/the marker which causes insanity and then morphs you into a lovecraftian abomination.
Alan Wake has the Dark Presence which is a being that exists everywhere (that is dark) at once and is basically an old one.
Resident Evil is obviously not actually Lovecraftian but the Resident Evil series has many BOWs which mutate into creature which are quite evocative of lovecraftian designs.
