If you mean specifically now, from what everyone's said there's three options:
- She's, for lack of a better term, acutely sick. She gets sick from time to time like everyone else. That's what the plasma transfusions are for, to act as a borrowed immune system. She mentioned eariler she was feeling unwell. Nothing to freak out over.
- Today was a regular plasma treatment day, and it's making her feel like shit. The body's using that borrowed immune system to fight "background" illness. This is normal and nothing to freak out over, she's often cancelled for the same reason.
- Her parents had contact with COVID and spread it to her, which is why she was feeling terrible in the first option. She was going to get tested during plasma treatment. This possibly of COVID is more alarming, but given that she says she's fine, she's probably fine.
The only reason she mentioned the possiblity of COVID in the first place was to let people know why she might suddenly go radio silent. But, since she didn't know for sure, she asked for it not to be clipped so not to widely spread gloom and doom over something she might not have.
